Hooray!
2 days ago i submitted my last.fm player vista sidebar gadget to the official Last.fm site and today i received a mail that it's placed at the plugins on the last.fm website.
They gave me a 12 months subscription as a gift for my work :) Thanks Last.fm! My item is listed @ this link http://build.last.fm/item/426 or can be directly downloaded @ http://vdcruijsen.net/page/Windows-Vista-sidebar-gadget---Lastfm-Stream-player.aspx
